Education: 1968 Graduated in Painting. School Plastic Arts Workshop "José Joaquín Tejada", Santiago de Cuba. 1973 Graduate in Sculpture. National School of Art "Cubanacán", City of Havana. 1979 Master in Art: Academy of Sculpture, Architecture, Painting and Graphics "Repin". St. Petersburg, Russia.

Experience: President of the Caguayo Foundation for Monumental and Applied Arts. Member of the National Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC). Member of the International Association of Plastic Artists (AIAP).

Awards. (Selection): 2011 Illustrious Son Diploma. Awarded by the Assembly of People's Power of Santiago de Cuba. 2010 Painting of the East Room of the UNEAC.
